All sales are final. Braid Kit does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items on our site.
Subscriptions are non-refundable due to the unique nature of our business. We do not accept refunds on non-subscription items.
We do not accept returns on non-subscription and subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives to you damaged or is missing, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be used to improve quality assurance processes. Braid Kit is not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or which occurs after the postal carrier has delivered your package. Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Braid Kit. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item.
